PoweAI is built for busy owners on every kind of device. We want it to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, on poweai.com and in the PoweAI app.

What we do

  • Semantic structure and headings that work with screen readers.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus.
  • Text and interface colors chosen for readable contrast.
  • Support for your system's reduced-motion setting: animations pause or simplify automatically.
  • Layouts that adapt from phone to desktop and to text zoom.
  • The core experience works over plain SMS, with no app or screen required.

Known limitations

Some visuals on our website, such as the animated brain and the orbiting app icons, are decorative. The information they illustrate is also available as text. Interactive demos are being reviewed for screen reader support, and we are fixing issues as we find them.

Tell us what is hard to use

If something on poweai.com or in PoweAI is difficult to use, email accessibility@poweai.com with the page and what happened. We will respond within 5 business days and can provide information in an alternative format.
